1. Using Cheba Man AI

These terms apply to Cheba Man AI at chebamanai.online. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before creating an account, purchasing a video pack or submitting a generation request. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. What the Service Provides

Cheba Man AI turns a photo into an AI dance video using a preset scene and reference music. The current generation workflow submits the photo and reference audio through OpenRouter to Seedance 2.5 and preserves the audio track produced by the model in the delivered video.

Reference music guides generation. It does not guarantee an exact copy of the original recording, identical lyrics, precise beat alignment or a particular visual result. AI output may contain unexpected motion, likeness changes or other artifacts. Preview the result before sharing it and identify it as AI-generated where appropriate or required.

3. Accounts and Security

Register with an email address you control, verify that address and keep your password private. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, automate abusive registrations, bypass access controls or circumvent usage limits.

4. Video Packs and Task Handling

• We currently offer one-time packs of 1, 3 or 8 videos. They do not automatically renew. The checkout displays the applicable price, currency and pack size before payment.
• A successful, verified payment adds the purchased video allowance to your account. The current purchased allowance does not expire.
• Submitting a generation request reserves one video from your allowance. If a task is confirmed to have failed, its reserved allowance is restored automatically, subject to any refund or revocation of the original purchase.
• A delayed or temporarily unreachable provider may still be processing a submitted task. We continue checking its status; a timeout alone does not establish failure. Contact support with the task number if progress remains unresolved.
• Future price changes apply to future purchases. Cash refunds are handled under our Refund Policy; restoring an allowance after task failure is not a cash refund.

5. Photos, Music and Generated Content

You keep your rights in the material you submit. Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use, including the depicted person's informed permission for AI processing and generation. Do not submit another person's image without their permission.

You authorize us and the providers needed to process your request to use the submitted material for delivering the service. A purchase does not transfer ownership of reference music, a person's likeness, trademarks or other third-party rights. Whether you may publish or commercially use an output depends on the rights in its inputs, applicable provider terms and applicable law. We do not promise exclusive rights or blanket commercial clearance for generated videos.

The website's software, branding and other platform materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

Do not upload, generate or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, extreme violence, terrorism, targeted hate or harassment. Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized deepfakes, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, or other unlawful activity. Do not attack the service, scrape private APIs or bypass safety and rate limits.

We may refuse requests, restrict access or investigate reported misuse. Provider safety checks and our technical checks do not guarantee that all harmful or infringing content will be detected.

7. Support, Reports and Appeals

Use the website's customer-support option or support tickets for billing questions, privacy requests, infringement reports or appeals. Include your order or task number, a description of the issue and relevant evidence. Do not send payment passwords or full card details.

We review reports and may restrict offending content or accounts as appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights and legally required reporting obligations remain applicable.

8. Availability and Responsibility

The service depends on network, cloud, model and payment providers. Interruptions and generation delays may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical outputs or suitability for every intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and Ending Use

You may stop using the service and contact support to request account or data deletion. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. We update the date on this page when the terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to prior purchases.
